Art & Group Therapy

Art Therapy

Our experienced therapists provide a supportive space to explore the therapeutic benefits of creative expression. We work with ages 5 and up. No prior art experience necessary – our focus is on creating individualized goals to meet your unique needs. Each session is an opportunity for personal growth and healing. Our team is composed of Licensed Art Therapists who bring unique specialities to the table which include working with people with disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, PTSD, OCD, DID, Type 1 Diabetes, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Mood Disorders. Group Therapy

Our art therapy groups are flexible and can explore various artistic projects, including collage, creative journaling, expressive painting, fabric arts, fairy houses, mask-making, tile painting, and much more. Joining our groups not only provides a foundation for personal growth but also allows you to connect with others on a similar healing journey. With a focus on creating a supportive environment, our art therapy groups foster collaboration, self-expression, and a sense of community.
